Synopsis:
In A Face to Die For, New York Times bestselling author Andrea Kane explores the urban legend of the doppelganger, as the readers’ favorite team of investigators (Forensic Instincts) find themselves in a conflict of interest between two clients. When one case unexpectedly intersects with the other, the only solution is to find the link between the two and unearth who is pulling the strings and why.

A Face to Die For by Andrea Kane

This story was intriguing from the beginning. I couldn’t resist the mystery aspect of a doppelganger! What a great story idea!

We are introduced to some marvelous characters and wound through a case that wraps up quickly for the forensic investigators. Then we’re introduced to a few new characters and a different case for the investigators. I found myself wondering where the story was going. How are the two interrelated?

I didn’t have to wait long to find the intersection of characters. Soon we are given a big twist and then there’s another big twist. Now things are perking up!

With plenty of intriguing characters, a great plot, and a little bit of suspense, this book was full of different factors that made it a superb read. Tough to put down and enthralling thoughout, this is perfect for a cozy weekend!

I know this is one of a series and I enjoyed it enough that I’m definitely going to check out her other books so I can get the full background in this ongoing series. One great part is I did not feel lost in the least picking up in book 6. But I do want to read the rest. I really enjoyed this book!

Now I have a new author to follow!
