I love this! Another way that exercise boosts my self-confidence is it reminds me that I can do hard things. If I can push through the last leg of a difficult workout, I can surely do other hard things that may I be less confident in. I’ve noticed that my confidence has skyrocketed after I’ve gotten a gym membership and committed to working out regularly.
