Did you know that after the age of 40 your body loses up to 8% of your muscle mass every year? That was shocking number to me and yet I didn’t notice it until I was into my 50’s. Here’s what this DVD program can do for you.

Level one, disc one starts with a nice warm up and then works on strength building through standing and floor exercises. With using a mat and a set of light weights, the doctor’s walk you through easy and effective workouts that are perfect for any age. Working on your core, legs, arms this program includes about 45 minutes of work out.

Disc number two starts with the warm up that works your entire body. It moves into both floor and standing work that is slightly more advanced. The session is about 45 minutes of different workouts to get your heart rate pumping and build those muscles.

The third disc is level III and it works to increase your activity level through warm-ups and multiple exercises. Increasing your stamina, flexibility, and strength is the focus and you will get your sweat on.
