I just love discovering all kinds of new products. Some of my favorite things to check out include awesome professional hair care products. I have been having fun this week with some great items from a company that produces naturally derived hair care that are created from formulas infused with organic botanical’s harvested from plants grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or chemicals. Love that concept!

My first sample was the shampoo. I usually do not use volumizing shampoos, but I have found that I really like them. I thought I had too much hair for that, but I love the results. The Shielo VOLUME shampoo is a gorgeous thick product that is a shimmering yellow in color. It lathers fabulously and has a pleasant green plant scent. My hair had tons of body and a nice shine. Loving it so far!
I was very excited to try the Volume Hair Spray. I only use pump sprays like this one. I was a bit disappointed as this is only a light to medium hold and my hair is very heavy and needs a strong hold for sure. I liked the consistency of the product and I think it would have done a great job had it been more for my hair. It was not sticky or tacky at all.
I used the Antioxidant Leave In Conditioner on my kids hair and I think this is a fabulous product. You can feel the difference in the hair and knowing that it is in there working on softening the hair is great. This is a super item for those on the run and it works great with styling tools to protect it from over heating and damaging your hair. Nice!
The Bounce Style Cream is very cool. I used it before blow drying to poof out my hair just a bit on top where it wants to lay flat a bit. And after blow drying, I put a small amount on my fingers and used it as a strand separator. I love this product. It is not greasy and it did a pretty good job of holding the style. I did add some hair spray to finish it up.
Overall, these products did great on my hair. I am very pleased with the line and I love that these are all Vegan with a Natural Base. They the highest quality ingredients from nature without the use of synthetic pesticides or chemicals. I also really like that Shielo products are not diluted and contain concentrated formulas in each bottle. A little bit goes a long way. You do not have to use as much product as a commercial, over the counter product. Sweet!
