I love making up new blends when it comes to my juicing each day. The flavor combinations are endless and you can really have some fun experimenting with different greens, veggies, and fruits.
Plus, you can add things like chia seeds, flax seeds, and even nuts to punch up the power of the vitamins and minerals your body needs. I was doing a quick morning juice blend and came up with this tasty Orange and Spinach Juice Blend Recipe for you to try.
Orange and Spinach Juice Blend Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Stalk Celery
5 Mini Carrots
1/2 Cucumber
Large handful Spinach Leaves
1/2 cup Mandarin oranges in juice or a fresh mandarin or orange
2 tsp Flax Seeds
Filtered water to blend
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a large Nutribullet cup and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
I love the bright color of this morning juice blend. The spinach color will take over but the combination of the oranges and the spinach is delicious and is wonderful for a pick me up any time of day. Using a Nutribullet or Ninja type of juice extractor makes juicing a quick and easy way to get your veggies and fruits.
