For many people I know, pasta of any kind equates to comfort food. Casseroles, lasagne, mac and cheese. You know what I am talking about.

I do love a good pasta dish, but I have to confess, I do not eat it as often as I want due to the carbs. But now that better products are available using chickpeas or similar ingredients to make pasta, I have been enjoying it a lot more.
