I’m sure you have book authors that you gravitate to over and over because you like their storytelling or you like the way that they make you feel when you finish the book. Louise Bay is one of those authors for me.

When it comes to romance, this lady nails it every single time. The stories are not overly graphic, but hot enough to enhance the relationship. A lot of this story is the building of feelings of attraction.

Fifth Avenue Flirt is one of those that caught me unaware somehow. If you’ve read prior novels, you may recognize some of the characters and the relationship between them. But it’s not necessary to do that as this book is a standalone.

What caught me off guard somewhat were certain phrases and heartfelt moments as their “agreement“ developed. Knocking down walls and feeling safe enough to trust someone with your feelings and wants and longing for what’s been missing.

Bay did this beautifully in this book. She successfully describes the want and the longing for that person your body recognizes before your brain does. It’s not just the sexy times, but it’s the understanding and the deeper level of connection. That’s what gets me every time.

That’s why I love reaching for her books time and time again. Fifth Avenue Flirt is a complete romance with the most romantic ending. The perfect words for the “will you marry me” ask. Swooning here.
