Romantic suspense is my favorite weakness, and this author has a fantastic way of telling stories that keep you engaged and glued to your chair.
This is only my second book by her, but I already know I will be reading more writings by Ferrari. Check out my review of this new release below.

OVERVIEW:
Emily Harper thought she’d left the chaos behind when she opened Serenity Spa in quiet Beaver Creek. But her sense of safety unravels the night she finds a woman’s body in the locker room. The death isn’t random—and someone brought darkness into her world with purpose.
Deputy Sheriff Adam Sadler never planned on staying tangled in anyone’s life, but protecting Emily becomes more than just part of the job. She’s strong, guarded, and caught in something far more calculated than it seems.
As suspicion spreads and the danger creeps closer, Adam must decide if he’s willing to risk everything—including his heart—for a woman who may already be in the crosshairs.
Exposure of Malice by Lila Ferrari Review
You know a story grabs you when you hate to put it down.
This author is relatively new to me, and she has a great plot woven into this book, along with the two main characters who work together perfectly.
The plot is a solid mystery romance, and even though we know who dun it, Ferrari keeps the suspense high with the twists that she continues to add. Proving yourself innocent isn’t always easy, so weaving in doubt and threads of mystery keeps us on our toes.
I love the growing heat and connection between Emily and Adam. Protectiveness and the steamy heat continue to grow throughout the story to help solidify the romance. I love these two together!
Her secondary characters include several you will love to hate as well as some surprises too!
This author has continually produced solid stories, and if you have not read her before, you might want to start with book one in the series, but it is not required.
Exposure of Malice and Ferrari delivers a great plot and a romantic suspense worth the read!
