This story has hit so many touching areas. The author takes on tender subjects with grace and care. She has characters that are real, compassionate, and loving. Her stories are the definition of heartwarming.
In The Sweetheart List, she tells a story that is believable and touching. Shalvis writes in such a way that you feel the emotion pouring out just like you were inside the story too. She takes on real-life issues that you can identify with and take to heart.
I love the characters she has created in this book. They are warm and humorous; people you want to know and become. Small-town real life is the epitome of a Shalvis story and we would be the same without them!
This book is a shining example of the perfect read this summer! Romantic and sweet, not to be missed!
