I have been off of my normal juicing for a year and a half. On one hand, it doesn’t seem that long. On the other hand, it certainly feels that long.
I miss how I felt when I juiced every day. I miss the energy and the overall well-being. I miss my glowing skin and I miss my self control.
Because of that, I’ve been working on getting back into my routine this past week. I bought everything I needed. Juiced five days worth of product, and consumed 32 oz of juice each day.
I felt great. So this is my declaration! I am once again working on getting back to my consistency and back on track with my health. I missed it.
