One Pot Turkey and Veggie Chili Recipe

Fast and Easy One Pot Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 2 Celery Stalks diced
  • 1 15 oz can Kidney Beans
  • 1 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz can Tomato Sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large pan. Once hot, add the onion and cook about 3 minutes until translucent. Add the garlic and cook another 30 seconds.
  • Once garlic is fragrant, add the bell pepper and celery. Saute another 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the turkey and cook 7 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until meat has browned.
  • Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin and paprika. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and let cook for about 20-30 minutes.
  • Serve and top with any desired toppings!

Notes

Optional:
jalapeno, avocado, cilantro, cheese, sour cream, etc. for toppings
