One Pan Cauliflower Mash Up
A hot meal made in one pan for those that eat on a keto plan. Ready in 8 minytes!

- 1 lb frozen vegetables such as cauliflower, cauliflower rice, broccoli, or mix it up
- ΒΌ cup chicken or beef stock
- 8 oz Ground hamburger, or shredded chicken, shredded pork, sliced steak, eggs, ham. Your Choice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Season Salt to taste
- Pepper and other spices to taste
Add the chicken stock to the bottom of the saucepan and add vegetables
Allow to come to a boil, cover, and steam
Mix in the meat and cover to allow it to get warm
Add the cheese on the top, cover, and allow to melt through
Remove from the heat and drain any excess liquid, if necessary
Throw it in a bowl and enjoy
