One Pan Cauliflower Mash Up

A hot meal made in one pan for those that eat on a keto plan. Ready in 8 minytes!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen vegetables such as cauliflower, cauliflower rice, broccoli, or mix it up

  • ΒΌ cup chicken or beef stock
  • 8 oz Ground hamburger, or shredded chicken, shredded pork, sliced steak, eggs, ham. Your Choice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Season Salt to taste
  • Pepper and other spices to taste

Instructions

  • Add the chicken stock to the bottom of the saucepan and add vegetables
  • Allow to come to a boil, cover, and steam
  • Mix in the meat and cover to allow it to get warm
  • Add the cheese on the top, cover, and allow to melt through
  • Remove from the heat and drain any excess liquid, if necessary
  • Throw it in a bowl and enjoy
